Mark Adver provides a platform for creating and managing landing pages for businesses. The Service includes templates, hosting, analytics, and related tools for marketing purposes.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. Mark Adver retains ownership of the platform, templates, and all proprietary technology. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mark Adver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
